If you are a hiring party (whether a staffing agency, headhunter, firm, business, or client), get started by clicking on the Hiring Party button on the home page. You can search for professionals and register in order to post an unlimited number of projects and jobs for free. In addition, a premium membership gives you access to numerous additional functions that will help you find, choose, compare, and manage the recruitment of the best IT, business, and legal professionals for your jobs and projects.

If you are a professional, in order to find work, click on the Professionals button and proceed to the Find Work function. You can submit expressions of interest in projects and jobs in which you are interested from the project or job page. Additionally, all of the project and job requests you have sent or received can be managed from your Professional Manage Projects/Jobs area.

In order to submit ratings using our patent-pending HourlyValue Ratings System for a particular professional you have hired in this past, click on the "I’ve hired this professional before" button on the professional’s profile page.
