HireTrade allows hiring
parties, including businesses, firms, staffing agencies, government agencies and

the superior level of service

rewarded. As a result, HireTrade is the first and only professional services
marketplace that is truly a market, where professionals are the assets and
professional services are valued and bought and sold in a more transparent and
efficient manner.
HireTrade is 100% free
for professionals and a basic membership is free for hiring parties as well,
while a low-cost premium membership provides hiring parties with unrivaled
services to help them find and choose the best professionals for their projects

How
much is a premium hiring party membership?
The cost of a premium
hiring party membership, which gets you all of the above-mentioned services, is
only $199 per month or
you can pay for a whole year at the discounted rate of
$1999 per year.
Given the superior value
proposition that a premium hiring party membership provides, in most instances
our fees pay for themselves many times over even if you use our service to hire
a single professional for one project or job.
However, you can find,
compare, choose, and manage the recruitment of an unlimited number of
professionals (or professional service firms) for an unlimited number of
projects and jobs all for our flat monthly or annual rate. And unlike other
services that do not offer nearly as much as HireTrade, we do not charge a
commission or any other fees whatsoever.
No other service comes
close.
What if I am interested in hiring a service provider I found using HireTrade?
HireTrade is a neutral, flexible, open marketplace - hence, we do not charge any
commissions or other fees on services provided by service providers to clients.
In addition, we do not force you to use a particular third-party timelog,
billing, staffing, payroll, or employment service.
In many cases, service providers and/or clients may have their own systems in
place for time tracking, invoicing, and payment and such systems can easily be
used as agreed upon by the parties. In addition, there are a number of
third-party systems that can be used.
If the client and/or service provider is interested in using third-party payroll
or employment services to help facilitate the engagement, most staffing agencies
provide such services and we would be happy to direct you to a preferred
staffing agency. In addition, our partner
MyBizOffice provides payroll and
portable employer-of-record services in cases where staffing agencies are not
used - i.e., when the client and service provider find one another on their own
using HireTrade and the parties are interested in having a third-party provide
employment and payroll services.
We would be happy to answer any questions you have and help you set up a
suitable arrangement tailor made to your particular needs.
What if I'm interested in
having HireTrade provide additional services, such as interviewing and reference
checking, helping review service provider information, and assisting in service
provider selection?
If you would like us to
provide other services to help in the candidate review and service provider
selection process, please let us know your specific needs and we would be happy
to provide you with a price quote for additional services.
HireTrade can be reached at info@hiretrade.com.

What
is the HourlyValue Ratings System™ and how does it work?
The HourlyValue Ratings
System provides a powerful and efficient way for hiring parties to compare
professionals based on the average level of service provided by professionals in
the past, as judged by clients, and for professionals to get paid closer to what
their work is worth.
Thus, a more transparent and efficient market for professional services is
created.
From a professional’s
profile page, anyone who has hired the professional in the past can rate the
professional's performance using our unique patent-pending HourlyValue Ratings
System. The project or job for which the rating is
being provided can have taken place at any time in the past and need not have
been one which was posted on our website. We attempt to verify the authenticity and
the source of information before accepting it in our system and do not accept
all submissions.
Among other things, our
ratings form asks the client to provide the total hours billed as well as the
client’s opinion, in hindsight, of the value of the work provided by the
professional (regardless of the actual total fees paid).
We do not publish statistics or ratings given on individual projects or jobs (or
the source of such information). From the
information provided, the HourlyValue Ratings is calculated.
The HourlyValue Ratings
System captures the monetary value per hour billed that, in hindsight after
viewing the work product upon completion of the job or project, the client feels
the professional's work was worth. As
data on individual jobs and projects is captured and averaged with data on other
jobs and projects, the professional’s average HourlyValue Ratings will begin to
reflect the true value for her services—i.e., the value per hour billed that
clients, on average, place on the professional’s services.
While hiring parties
ultimately need to do their own due diligence and weigh a variety of factors
prior to hiring a professional, the average HourlyValue Ratings will often
provide useful comparative information when deciding among candidates for a
potential job or project. In addition, this monetary ratings value
can be easily compared to the professional’s billing rate to get an idea of
whether the professional normally over- or under-performs and whether clients
normally get good value for their money from the professional.
(Note that we do not
publish HourlyValue Ratings statistics on individual projects or jobs, nor do we
publish average HourlyValue Ratings data at all until after the professional has
ratings on at least three projects or jobs.
Even published average scores are not accessible to the general public, but can
only be viewed by the professional and interested premium hiring parties
although, if the professional chooses, the professional can separately publish
his or her own scores as long as such publication accurately reflects his or her
scores on our website. Furthermore, the
professional can delete his or her profile, including average HourlyValue
Ratings data, at any time.)
What are Relative Values?
The Relative Value on a project or job is the HourlyValue Rating divided by the
actual Hourly Fee. Average Relative Values, which are viewable by
premium members along with the Average HourlyValue statistics, of greater than 1
indicate that the professional typically performs above the expectation of
clients on projects, while 1 indicates performance normally matches expectation,
and below 1 indicates that the professional normally performs below expectation. The magnitude of the statistic also indicates how much above or below
expectation the professional typically performs.
Given this statistic takes into account actual fees, the statistic also
indicates how much of a deal the professional typically gives the client, in
terms of fees that are a discount to the value of the services provided.
In addition to Aggregate
HourlyValue Ratings and Aggregate Relative Values, each professional also has
specialty HourlyValue Ratings and Relative Values that are calculated by taking
into account only projects performed by the professional that were within such
specialty. These specialty scores provide more detail
as to which areas of specialty the professional provides the most value and best
service.
The HourlyValue Rating
system employs weighted-averages in computing average HourlyValue Ratings and
Relative Value statistics. The net effect of the weightings is to make the
prevailing averages a truer reflection of the current value of a professional’s
services.
